Flat brass
letters are a professional way to put your message in public
through dimensional letter use. These letters come in a variety
of colors and finishes. Flat metal letters are available in
aluminum, bronze, brass, copper, stainless steel and hot rolled
steel varieties.
Router
vs. Waterjet cut letters
Router cut letters and logos are mechanically routed out of
flat metal stock. Based on the material thickness and letter
size, an 1/8" - 1/4" router bit will be used. As
a result, inside corners will have a slight radius.
Waterjet
cut letters and logos are made using a fine, high pressure
stream of water that carries an abrasive mineral. This fine
stream cuts and allos for sharp inside corners and intricate
detail on logos and letters under 2" high.Both
methods of cutting allow the same finish after being cut.
Anodizing
- The Ultimate Aluminum Finish
Anodized finishes are not just coatings, they are a part of
the finished aluminum letter. Anodizing is an electro-chemical
process that hardens aluminum and allows it to be colorized.
We perform our own anodizing to ensure your letters within
the same order have color consistency and are delivered to
you within days. Some of the many reasons to have your aluminum
letters anodized include:

Natural Satin finishes, all letters are clear coated with
an oven baked, hardened polyurethane.
- Punctuation
is 1/3 the price of an upper case letter.
- Connected
scripts available in sizes over 6", add 30%
- Installation
templates are available for 25 cents per inch of letter
height, $3.00 maximum per letter.
- Return
finish If the face is polished, the returns are sanded,
all other finishes have bead blasted returns.
